Bernoulli's principle: Bernoulli's principle states that in the same fluid, a higher flow velocity results in a lower pressure, while a lower flow velocity results in a stronger pressure. When passing through the three-way pipe, the low-speed flowing water flows towards the high-speed flowing air, and the water is torn into small droplets by the high-speed air. After these small droplets are sprayed out, they become mist.
Hydraulic principle: the manually driven spray pumps out the liquid through hydraulic pressure. When the pump moves up and down, the medicine is sucked in and compresses the air in the space, increases the pressure and sprays out, forming a mist.
Pneumatic spray: the pneumatic spray machine relies on the air flow to conduct spray, and can conduct low and micro spray. Compared with hydraulic spray, its droplet uniformity is better and the droplet size is smaller, so it can be used for drift type or targeted spray.
Centrifugal spray: The centrifugal spray machine disperses or atomizes the liquid medicine by using the centrifugal force when the centrifugal nozzle rotates at a high speed. The size of spray droplets is relatively uniform, and the diameter of spray droplets is adjustable, which is suitable for ultra-low volume and low volume spray.
Ultrasonic atomization: using high-frequency vibration of ultrasound to decompose water droplets into tiny mist droplets. This method has very small water droplet particles and is commonly used in throat sprayers for treating respiratory diseases in hospitals.
